Meet our founder Svenja, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the Life Science industry and recruitment business.
Having begun her career at Merz Pharmaceuticals and later transitioning to renowned recruitment agencies in 2007 such as Michael Page and Docs International, where she built up the Pharma sector and established herself as a leader in the recruitment field.
Following her passion, she founded Heads for Excellence in 2016.
Sebastian is an industry veteran with over two decades of profound experience in the sport, lifestyle, and fashion industries. His career includes 15 years at Nike, followed by 7 years at The North Face, where he excelled in different Marketing and Sales leadership positions. In his final role, he held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at namuk.
Sebastian joined in 2023 as Managing Director.
