Svenja's career in recruiting has its roots in the life science industry. From International Sales & Marketing at Merz Pharmaceuticals to recruitment agencies such as Michael Page and Docs International, she has over 25 years of experience.

In 2016, she founded her own agency, Heads for Excellence.

Her ambition? To bring people together who can achieve great things.
This requires more than just matching people on the basis of CVs. It takes the ability to create connections that not only fit on paper, but also last in real life. Sebastian Reinhard

Sebastian has been on board as a Non-Executive Director since 2023. He contributes his profound expertise and extensive network in the sports, lifestyle and fashion industry. With more than 20 years of experience in various management positions in marketing and sales, he has accompanied numerous brands on their way to success. The most important stages of his career include 15 years at Nike, 7 years at The North Face and his current role as Vice President Sales at HeyDude.

His ambition? He wants to change people's future for the better. His aim is to provide new impulses and build bridges between different sectors. “Sometimes it only takes a little to create great things” symbolizes his conviction that small ideas, courageous steps and inspiring encounters can lead to sustainable change.
